Founder & Managing Partner
Svitlana Fytsko is a finance and investment professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, specializing in the evaluation, structuring, and financing of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
Throughout her banking career, she has worked closely with developers, investors, utilities, and financial institutions, assessing project feasibility, financial risks, investment structures, and long-term project viability.
Having reviewed projects from the lender's perspective, she understands exactly what makes an energy investment bankable, financially resilient, and attractive to institutional investors.
Today, she brings this experience to Noventa Grid, helping clients structure projects that meet the expectations of commercial banks, investment funds, development finance institutions, and strategic investors.
